Its name comes from the colour that the outer leaves and especially the heart take on when it ripens, starting from March.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eINGREDIENTS: Artichokes (65%), sunflower seed oil, apple vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, whole salt, lemon juice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAt that point, they are ready to be harvested. Within 8 hours of harvesting, the artichokes are processed and potted. Everything is strictly done by hand: a simple and artisanal process, with the same gestures as our grandmothers when they prepared preserves at home.\u003cbr\u003eOnce deprived of their outer leaves and cleaned with a small knife, they are preserved in a marinade based on oil, apple vinegar, whole salt, and lemon juice. No artificial preservatives and no spices, to enhance the natural flavour of the vegetables.\u003cbr\u003eNot only good, but also beautiful to look at: these artichokes are ideal for your aperitifs and the most spectacular risottos.
